Manual Replacement Installation Instructions
follow these installation steps:
1. Open OpenIV.
2. Navigate to:
mods > update > update.rpf > common > data
3. Change the mode to Edit Mode (click the "Edit mode" button).
4. Drag and drop your handling.meta file from Manual Replacement folder.Into data folder (path: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)
5. Close OpenIV and launch your game!
